Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Manager to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to prospect, qualify leads, and close sales over the phone or through virtual meetings. With excellent communication and persuasive skills, you will drive revenue growth by promoting and selling our products or services. This role requires a goal-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.

Job Profile

  • Prospect and qualify leads through research and networking
  • Present and demonstrate our products or services to prospects
  • Address customer inquiries and objections
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Document sales activities and track opportunities in CRM
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Manage and drive inbound leads

Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architect, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in inside sales or telesales
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
