As a Full Stack Account Executive at LimeChat, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by managing and expanding our client base. This position demands a dynamic individual who can not only excel in sales but also contribute to lead generation efforts.

Job Profile

  •  Actively seek and generate new leads through research, networking, and leveraging your professional network
  • Identify potential clients who would benefit from LimeChat’s products and services
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients
  • Qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for LimeChat’s ideal customers
  • Initiate contact with leads through various communication channels (phone,email, social media, etc.).
  • Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
  • Understand client needs and challenges, and tailor LimeChat’s solutions to address those specific requirements
  • Gather feedback from potential clients to inform product and service enhancements
  • Execute a consultative sales approach, guiding clients through the sales process
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to secure new business
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and progress in LimeChat’s CRM system
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on lead generation and sales performance
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments
  • Share insights and market intelligence with the LimeChat team to refine our strategy
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align efforts and improve lead generation strategies
  • Share valuable feedback from the field to help enhance LimeChat’s product offerings
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas

Job Experience

  • Working experience as a Sales Account Executive, or a similar role in the SaaS industry
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Executive and ideally 4+ years of overall experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience of using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Extensive understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to solve problems promptly
  • Good negotiation and analytical skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends
